New signups get a 15-day free trial with:

  • No credit card required
  • All features available (within Trial limits)
  • No auto-conversion to a paid plan when it expires

Starter

Standard (most popular)

  • SMB (<40 employees)

Enterprise

Upgrading

  1. Go to /settings/billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Pick a higher plan in the Stripe portal
  4. Difference is prorated to the day

Downgrading

Same flow. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Warning: If downgrade puts you over the limit:

  • Extra learners: some learners' access is paused
  • Storage overage: no new uploads allowed (existing preserved)
  • Admin overage: extra admins lose access

Clean up first, then downgrade.

Monthly vs annual

Annual pricing is 25% off:

  • Standard: $149/mo → $1,342/yr ($112/mo equivalent)
  • Enterprise: $349/mo → $3,141/yr ($262/mo equivalent)

Payment methods

  • Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover
  • Processed by Stripe; manabiQ never stores card details
