Upgrading
- Go to
/settings/billing - Click Manage Subscription
- Pick a higher plan in the Stripe portal
- Difference is prorated to the day
Downgrading
Same flow. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Warning: If downgrade puts you over the limit:
- Extra learners: some learners' access is paused
- Storage overage: no new uploads allowed (existing preserved)
- Admin overage: extra admins lose access
Clean up first, then downgrade.

Annual pricing is 25% off:
- Standard: $149/mo → $1,342/yr ($112/mo equivalent)
- Enterprise: $349/mo → $3,141/yr ($262/mo equivalent)
