manabiQ is an AI-powered SaaS platform that transforms your company's documents, URLs, and knowledge into structured, interactive training courses.

Simply upload your documents (PDFs, Word files) or paste URLs, and our AI creates complete courses with content sections and comprehension quizzes.

Creating a course takes just a few minutes:

  1. Go to "Generate" — Navigate to the course generation page
  2. Upload your source material — PDF, Word document, or paste a URL
  3. Review the AI-generated outline — Edit module titles and descriptions as needed
  4. Generate content — AI creates detailed content and quiz questions for each module
  5. Share — Make the course available to invited learners

The entire process typically takes 5-10 minutes for a complete course with multiple modules.

You don't even need to sign up to try it. Hit Try Free on /try, paste a URL / text / file, and watch the AI generate a draft course in 1-2 minutes. After that:

  • Generate up to 3 sample courses on your Pay-as-you-go account (no subscription required)
  • Invite up to 3 learners and verify the take-quiz experience
  • Save drafts, edit content, run the AI Confidence Report — all free until you actually publish a course to learners

You only pay per learner you train — $2 each, first 3 free. Publishing a course is a flat $5. No credit card required to start; your first 3 AI generations are free.

No subscription, no cancellation

Pay as you go has no monthly fee, so there's nothing to cancel. If you subscribe later, you can cancel anytime from Settings — Billing.

Agentic AI uses your feedback and learner outcomes to refine future training content. Unlike traditional AI that generates content once and stops, Agentic AI keeps improving based on how you and your learners interact with it.

The system collects two types of feedback:

  • Short-term (Admin Feedback) — When you edit AI-generated content, the system calculates how much you changed.
  • Long-term (Learner Performance) — Quiz scores and completion rates tell us if learners actually understand the content.

By combining both signals, the AI learns to generate content that you approve of and learners understand.

The Prompt Evolver refines the AI prompts used to generate your training content.

  1. Observation — Every time you edit AI-generated content, we record the changes
  2. Pattern Detection — The system identifies patterns from your edits
  3. Suggestion — AI generates a prompt improvement suggestion
  4. Your Decision — You can approve or reject the suggestion from your dashboard

Over time, the AI generates content that requires less and less editing from you.

The Smart Quiz Generator personalizes the learning experience for each learner:

  • Weak-Topic Analysis — Tracks which topics learners struggle with across your organization
  • Personalized Hints — Displays "AI Personalized Tips" before quizzes
  • Difficulty Adjustment — Adjusts question difficulty based on learner performance
  • Organization-wide Insights — Identifies common knowledge gaps across all learners

This helps learners spend more time on what they need to learn, not what they already know.

The Content Freshness Manager monitors your courses and proactively alerts you when action is needed:

  • Stale Content Alert — Notifies you when content hasn't been updated in 3+ months
  • Unused Course Alert — Flags courses that no one has accessed recently
  • Mastery Detection — Suggests converting mandatory courses to optional when learners consistently score 95%+
  • Source Updates — Detects when linked URLs or external sources have been updated

This helps you maintain a high-quality, up-to-date knowledge base without manually tracking everything.

No. Your data is never used to train external AI models.

We use Google's Vertex AI with strict data governance settings that guarantee:

  • Your uploaded documents are never used to train Google's or any third-party AI models
  • Generated content is not shared or used beyond your organization
  • All data is logically separated by tenant ID — other companies cannot access your content

Agentic AI's learning is per-organization: improvements only affect your own content generation, not anyone else's.

💰Pricing & Plans

manabiQ is pay-as-you-use — no mandatory monthly fee:

  • Generate courses free — the AI builds them from your documents at no charge.
  • Publish a course for a flat $5 (one-time, any size up to 30 lessons).
  • Pay per learner you train — $2 each, and your first 3 learners are free.
  • Optional monthly plans lower your per-learner rate: Starter $1.50, Standard $1, Enterprise $0.50.

No subscription required. A monthly plan only makes sense once you train enough learners that the lower rate outweighs the fee.

You pay once per unique learner you invite — re-inviting the same person to another course is free. Your first 3 learners across your whole account are free, so you can prove out the training before paying anything.

Train a lot of people? A monthly plan drops your per-learner rate (down to $0.50 on Enterprise).

No subscription is required — you can run entirely pay-as-you-use. If you do take a monthly plan for the lower per-learner rate, you can cancel anytime; you keep pay-as-you-use access after it ends.

Cancelling a plan never deletes your courses or learners — only the monthly discount stops.

🔒Security & Technical

We take security seriously:

  • Encryption at rest — All data stored using Google-managed encryption keys
  • Encryption in transit — All connections use TLS 1.2+
  • WAF Protection — Google Cloud Armor blocks SQL injection, XSS, and other attacks
  • Rate Limiting — 1,000 requests/minute limit with automatic blocking
  • Geographic Restrictions — High-risk regions are blocked by default
  • Tenant Isolation — Each organization's data is logically separated

You can upload:

  • PDF files — Up to 20MB per file
  • Microsoft Word (.docx) — Up to 20MB per file
  • Text files (.txt) — Up to 20MB per file
  • Web URLs — Up to 10,000 characters of extracted content

On Standard and Enterprise plans, you can also connect external storage like Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Yes. Standard plan and above can connect to external cloud storage:

  • Google Drive — Authenticate with your Google account and select documents directly to convert into training materials
  • OneDrive / SharePoint — Authenticate with your Microsoft account and use files from your team sites or OneDrive
  • Secure Connection — Connected via OAuth 2.0 authentication. Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest
  • Seamless Integration — Files from external storage go through the same AI text extraction and course generation pipeline as direct uploads

No need to download and re-upload — use your cloud-based company documents directly for training.
