- Create up to 4 AI-generated courses per hour
- Invite up to 10 learners

No credit card is required to start your trial. After 15 days, you can choose a plan that fits your needs.

The Prompt Evolver refines the AI prompts used to generate your training content.

No. Your data is never used to train external AI models.
We use Google's Vertex AI with strict data governance settings that guarantee:
- Your uploaded documents are never used to train Google's or any third-party AI models
- Generated content is not shared or used beyond your organization
- All data is logically separated by tenant ID β other companies cannot access your content
Agentic AI's learning is per-organization: improvements only affect your own content generation, not anyone else's.

We offer three plans to fit your organization's needs:
- Starter ($49/month) β 1 admin, 10 learners, 5GB storage, 4 AI generations/hour
- Standard ($149/month) β 3 admins, 40 learners, 30GB storage, 6 AI generations/hour, CSV import, team analytics
- Enterprise ($349/month) β 10 admins, 100 learners, unlimited storage, 8 AI generations/hour, Agentic AI features, full analytics
Annual plans receive a 25% discount.
On Standard and Enterprise plans, you can add additional learners at the plan's extra learner rate. You'll see a confirmation dialog before being charged.
On the Starter plan, extra learners are $7/person. You can upgrade to Standard for lower per-learner costs.
You can cancel your subscription at any time during the 15-day free trial period. Here's how:
- Go to Settings β Access the Settings page from the header menu or the Settings tile on the dashboard
- Open Billing section β Find the "Plan & Billing" section on the Settings page
- Click "Manage Subscription" button β Click the button in the section showing your current plan
- Cancel in Stripe Customer Portal β In the portal that opens, you can cancel your subscription to stop future charges
- Continue using until trial ends β Canceling during the trial means you won't be charged when the trial ends, but you can continue using the service for the full 15 days
Remember: Canceling during the trial period prevents automatic billing after the 15 days. You can continue using the service until the trial period ends.

We take security seriously:
- Encryption at rest β All data stored using Google-managed encryption keys
- Encryption in transit β All connections use TLS 1.2+
- WAF Protection β Google Cloud Armor blocks SQL injection, XSS, and other attacks
- Rate Limiting β 1,000 requests/minute limit with automatic blocking
- Geographic Restrictions β High-risk regions are blocked by default
- Tenant Isolation β Each organization's data is logically separated
You can upload:
- PDF files β Up to 20MB per file
- Microsoft Word (.docx) β Up to 20MB per file
- Text files (.txt) β Up to 20MB per file
- Web URLs β Up to 10,000 characters of extracted content
On Standard and Enterprise plans, you can also connect external storage like Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Yes. Standard plan and above can connect to external cloud storage:
- Google Drive β Authenticate with your Google account and select documents directly to convert into training materials
- OneDrive / SharePoint β Authenticate with your Microsoft account and use files from your team sites or OneDrive
- Secure Connection β Connected via OAuth 2.0 authentication. Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest
- Seamless Integration β Files from external storage go through the same AI text extraction and course generation pipeline as direct uploads
No need to download and re-upload β use your cloud-based company documents directly for training.
