How to start from the invitation email, progress through modules, and complete quizzes.

Taking a training course

Starting from an invitation email

When you receive a "You've been invited to a manabiQ course" email:

  1. Click the Access My Courses button
  2. You're automatically signed into manabiQ
  3. /my-courses shows the courses you can take

No password required. Just click the email link.

Taking a course

  1. From /my-courses click the course
  2. Start with module 1 and work through
  3. Read the module body
  4. Answer the end-of-module quiz
  5. Continue to the next module

Progress auto-save

Your progress is saved automatically. If you close the tab, you can resume from where you left off next time.

Cross-device

Start a course on desktop, continue on your phone during commute. Progress syncs automatically.

Quizzes

  • Usually 3–5 multiple-choice questions
  • Immediate feedback with explanations
  • Some modules require a minimum score to advance
  • Retakes allowed

Course completion

Once all modules are done:

  • The course is marked complete
  • Your results appear in your admin's analytics
  • Completion certificates coming soon

Switching languages

The top-right language selector lets you switch between English, Japanese, and Spanish.

  • Translated content is cached — first switch may take a few seconds, subsequent loads are instant
  • Quizzes are also translated

Your data

On /my-settings you can:

  • Download your data as JSON
  • Delete your account
  • Adjust privacy preferences

Common issues

Sign-in email doesn't arrive:

  • Check spam folder
  • Verify with your admin that you were actually invited (no typos in the email address)

Progress disappeared:

  • Try signing out and back in from a different browser
  • Sync can take up to a minute

Stuck on a quiz:

  • Retake it; no penalty
  • Re-read the module body for key points

Language won't switch:

  • Reload the page
  • First translation may take 10–60 seconds
