Account setup and first sign-in
manabiQ uses passwordless magic-link authentication. There is no password to remember — you sign in with just your email. No credit card is required: new accounts land on Pay as you go ($0/month), which lets you generate 2 sample courses, invite up to 5 learners, and save drafts for free. You only pay ($2–$6) when you actually publish a course to learners.
Two ways to get started
Option A — Try Free first (no signup)
The fastest way to see what manabiQ does:
- Go to manabiq.com/try
- Paste a URL, paste text, or upload a PDF / Word / .txt file
- See your AI-generated draft course in 1–2 minutes
- Sign up afterwards to save the draft (1 click — uses the same magic-link flow below)
Option B — Sign up directly
- Go to manabiq.com and click Sign In in the top-right
- Enter your work email
- Click the Access My Courses button in the email you receive
- You're signed in
After the first sign-in, you'll be prompted for your company and name on the /setup screen. These are used on invoices and in the "From" name of invitation emails to learners. (If you came via Try Free + claim, you can skip /setup until you're ready to publish or invite learners — both flows will gently redirect you to /setup at that point.)
Subsequent sign-ins
Same flow: email → receive magic-link email → click link → signed in.
Note: Magic links expire after 1 hour. Request a new one if it expires.
Sign-in across devices
Yes, you can sign in from any browser, any computer, or your phone — as long as you can receive email at your registered address.
Security notes
- Never forward the "Access My Courses" link to anyone. It is a one-time token that logs in as you
- Use the link within 1 hour of receiving it
- If you receive a suspicious sign-in request you didn't initiate, don't click it; contact support@manabiq.com
